The staff at DynOptic Systems is committed to providing the highest levels of service at every stage of a project, from the very first contact through to project completion, follow-up service and ongoing maintenance contracts.
We appreciate that the purchase and installation of a new monitoring system is a big commitment and we therefore understand the importance of offering clear unbiased advice from the outset so that customers can select the best solution for their needs. We have a team of office based engineers who are available to assist directly with technical queries, system planning and general advice via telephone / fax / email.
We also have a number of service engineers available to travel worldwide. These engineers are trained to the highest standards and can assist with installation, commissioning, calibration as well as routine maintenance and service calls. Engineers are available on an "as required" basis or as part of a service contract, which can be tailored to suit individual needs.
DynOptic Systems can provide training for customers, either on-site or at our UK factory. We aim to help our customers improve their knowledge and understanding of instrument operation and service requirements, thus helping the customer to maintain optimal performance of the monitoring systems. DynOptic Systems can also arrange tailored training courses at our UK factory, where the full manufacturing, calibration and test facilities are available to aid the practical training. Training covers the principles of operation, mechanical design of the instrumentation as well as the application of our range of opacity and dust monitors.
