Q: Can DynOptic Systems help with installation and commissioning of the opacity / dust monitors?
A: DynOptic Systems have a team of service engineers within the UK as well as a network of local partners worldwide, who are trained to provide on-site support.

Q: Do DynOptic Systems provide operator training?
A: We can provide training for customers, either on-site or at our UK factory. This can tailored to suit customer requirements and cover all aspects of instrument operation and service requirements.

Q: What do I do if the opacity / dust monitor does not appear to be working properly?
A: Initially, contact DynOptic Systems directly using the contact page. We will assess the problem and advise any remedial actions by telephone, email or Skype.

Q: Can DynOptic Systems provide on-site repairs?
A: DynOptic Systems have a team of service engineers within the UK as well as a network of local partners worldwide, who are trained to provide on-site support

Q: What happens if I need to return the opacity / dust monitor?
A: You need to complete a RMA Form before returning the dust monitor so that we can fully assess the problem or fault and issue a RMA number .

Q: Do DynOptic Systems offer a warranty on their opacity / dust monitors?
A: DynOptic Systems offers a 24 month warranty on all their instruments, from delivery of the item and a Warranty Certificate will be issued with despatch. Full terms of our warranty are stated on the Warranty Certificate document.

Q: How do I make a claim under warranty?
A: Contact DynOptic Systems directly using the contact page. We will require you to complete a RMA Form in order to return the instrument. We will assess the problem and confirm any further action
