Q: What happens if I need to return the opacity / dust monitor?

You need to complete a RMA Form before returning the dust monitor so that we can fully assess the problem or fault and issue a RMA number .
Q: Do DynOptic Systems offer a warranty on their opacity / dust monitors?

DynOptic Systems offers a 24 month warranty on all their instruments, from delivery of the item and a Warranty Certificate will be issued with despatch. Full terms of our warranty are stated on the Warranty Certificate document.
Q: How do I make a claim under warranty?
